Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026

1. Your Photos Never Leave Your Web Browser

Low Quality Pics is engineered from the ground up as a 100% client-side application. When you upload, edit, degrade, or export photos on this website, all calculations occur strictly in your local device memory using HTML5 Canvas and Web Workers.

At no point are your image files, file names, or metadata uploaded or transmitted across the internet to our servers or any third-party cloud infrastructure. When you close the browser tab or refresh the page, all image data held in temporary memory is immediately and permanently discarded.

2. No Accounts and No Personal Data Collection

You do not need to register, create an account, log in, or provide an email address, phone number, or payment details to use any tool on Low Quality Pics. We do not harvest, store, or sell any personally identifiable information (PII).

3. Local Storage and Client Preferences

We may use your browser's standard localStorage or session memory to store non-sensitive visual preferences, such as your last selected export format (JPEG, PNG, or WebP) or UI layout toggles. No photographs, user-generated meme text, or personal data are ever written to persistent storage.

4. No Web Analytics or Tracking Scripts

No web analytics scripts (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or third-party behavioral trackers) are loaded on this website. We do not track your browsing habits, inject tracking cookies, or collect telemetry on your usage. Standard server hosting logs (such as Cloudflare edge HTTP request routing) may capture essential diagnostic connection data, but no personal profiling or image-related analytics exist.

5. Data Security

Because our architecture does not receive, ingest, or store user image files, the risks associated with database breaches, remote eavesdropping, or server-side leaks are structurally eliminated. Your pictures remain inside your device's sandbox at all times.

6. Children's Privacy

Low Quality Pics is a general-audience utility. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

7. Changes to this Policy

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect technical or legal improvements. Any revisions will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website represents acceptance of the updated policy.

8. Questions and Contact

If you have questions, feedback, or concerns regarding our privacy practices or client-side sandbox architecture, please visit our Contact Us page or email us directly at hello@lowqualitypics.com.
